THE AWARDS CEREMONY
The much-awaited Awards Night of the 19th edition of the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards took place 20th March 2024. This year, the META Secretariat received over 390 plays, and after a rigorous selection process by an eminent Selection Committee, staged the nominated 10 plays over a week at Kamani Auditorium and Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, New Delhi. The Awards Night was a celebration of creativity and talent, where India’s best productions and theatre practitioners were honoured across 13 categories and the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award given out.
